The property is currently fully leased into a single tenancy and operates as a Supermarket under the brand name “SKLAVENITIS HELLENIC HYPERMARKETS S.A.”. It enjoys a central location at the western entrance of the city in an area with high commercial activity and footfall.
The purchase price reached € 2,310,700.00 and was funded 100% by the Company’s Equity.
