The Board of Directors of the Société Anonyme under the name «INTERCONTINENTAL INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY» and the trade name «INTERCONTINENTAL INTERNATIONAL REIC» (hereinafter the “Company”) pursuant to Law 4548/2018 on Société Anonyme, Article 9 of the Articles of Association of the Company and paragraph 2 of Article 33 of the Legislative Content Act (Government Gazette Α’ 68 / 20.3.2020) as of 20.3.2020, which was ratified by Law 4683/2020, hereby invited the Shareholders of the Company to participate remotely in real-time via teleconference in the Annual Ordinary General Assembly, which will take place on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 18:00 p.m.
