Intercontinental International REIC informs the investors, the resignation of Mr. Marios Apostolinas from the position of Executive BoD Member, Managing Director and Chairman of the Company’s Investment Committee.
The replacement of Mr. Apostolinas and for the rest of his term, the position of the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Investment Committee takes over, the current Vice Chairman Mrs. Panagiota Michael Chalikia, in accordance with Article 17 paragraph 2 of the Company’s Articles of Incorporation.
Following the above, the Board of Directors of “Intercontinental International REIC” is reorganized as follows:
