Intercontinental International REIC informs the investors that, according to article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920, as well as by the virtue of the Decision of the Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders dated 7.4.2017 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 31.5.2017, proceeded on June 26, 2017 through INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A. with the purchase of 300 Intercontinental International REIC’ s shares at an average price of 5,91 euro per share and with a total transaction value of 1.733,00 euro.
